Emergency Securement & Cleanup

Client Goal

Secure a vacant commercial building that was actively being vandalized, and get it cleared out before further damage or loss occurred.

Challenge

No advance warning and a tight window — the building needed securing and a full interior cleanout coordinated on an emergency basis, with sensitive conditions throughout.

Approach

Mobilized a three-person crew with a dump trailer, secured every opening and access point, removed debris and damaged finishes from affected areas, cleaned and sanitized washrooms and the lunchroom, and coordinated follow-up trades including temporary power.

Outcome

Building fully secured and cleaned out in three days, protecting the property from further loss and getting it ready for the next phase of work.
