Every PMC Build project starts with a goal and a set of constraints. Here's how a few of them actually played out.

Trace and repair a failing drainage system on an active commercial lot, tying into the adjacent property's civil infrastructure without shutting the site down.
The site stayed in daily commercial use throughout the project, and the existing drainage routing wasn't fully documented — meaning excavation had to proceed carefully around unknowns and live traffic.
PMC Build coordinated excavation crews to trace and expose the existing line, replaced the collector and catch basins, installed a swirl separator, rebuilt a gabion retaining wall, and sequenced the tie-in to the neighbouring property before repaving.
A fully functioning drainage system, a rebuilt gabion wall, and a repaved, re-levelled lot — delivered with minimal disruption to daily operations.

Refresh an aging commercial frontage, add secure covered bike storage for staff, and repave worn sections of the lot.
Three distinct trades — landscaping, structural/fencing, and paving — needed to be sequenced on one active site without the cost and disruption of three separate mobilizations.
PMC Build removed overgrown hedges, rebuilt the planting beds with river rock and boulder accents, built and fenced a steel-frame bike shelter with bike racks, and repaved and re-striped the affected lot areas — all under a single project schedule.
A refreshed frontage, new secure bike storage, and a repaved lot, completed as one coordinated project rather than three separate contracts.

A complete interior and exterior renovation of an owner-occupied home, updating living spaces, finishes, and the exterior envelope.
The homeowner remained living on site throughout, which meant sequencing had to minimize disruption to daily life while still keeping the schedule on track.
PMC Build sequenced interior finishing carpentry and renovation work alongside exterior improvements, coordinating trades room by room and zone by zone rather than opening the whole house at once.
A fully renovated home, interior and exterior, delivered on a sequence that kept the homeowner comfortable throughout the build.
A broader look at project scopes PMC Build has managed. Full case studies for these are being added on an ongoing basis.
