Langley, BC
Refresh an aging commercial frontage choked with overgrown shrubs and trees, add secure covered bike storage for staff, and repave worn sections of the lot.
Three distinct trades — landscaping, structural/fencing, and paving — needed to be sequenced on one active site without the cost and disruption of three separate mobilizations.
Cleared overgrown bushes and trees and hauled off the debris, graded and rebuilt the planting beds in mulch with a river-stone swale and feature boulders, added new low planting and a replacement tree for open sightlines, built and fenced a steel-frame bike shelter with bike racks, and repaved and re-striped the affected lot areas — all under a single project schedule.
A refreshed, low-maintenance frontage with clear sightlines, new secure bike storage, and a repaved lot, completed as one coordinated project rather than three separate contracts.
